Welcome to the Listening Hour!

On Behalf of the School of Music and Dance at San Jose State University, we are pleased to welcome you to The Listening Hour, a free noon concert series of classical, jazz, and musics on many cultures.

The Listening Hour was created to enhance the educational experiences of San Jose State University students and to enrich the cultural life of the surrounding communities. It is open to the public, industries, and schools.

The School of Music and Dance continues to present the finest talents in music, thanks to you, the audience. Your enthusiasm and support have made this series a favorite spot for faculty, students, and visiting artists to perform.

You are invited to attend this Listening Hour series presented each Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 to 1:15 PM. Doors open at 12:15 PM. No reservations are necessary. Come and enjoy! Bring your friends! This series may be taken for one unit of University credit. (Music 81, 181)
